How Do I Contact PayPal Customer Service?

We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping for all orders shipping to the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). In order to offer free shipping, we currently only have one method of shipping – First-Class Mail via USPS.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

  • We currently do not offer an international shipping option. Contact for help placing an international shipping order.
  • Orders are shipped on USPS operating days only – Monday thru Saturday, excluding federal holidays.
  • We are able to offer free shipping of product to you, however, you will be responsible for shipping costs on exchanges.

At this time, we do not offer product refunds. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase and will exchange your Hipstiks for another size if they are not fitting how you expected. See more information on the Exchange process below.


When you’re happy, we’re happy. We understand that sometimes things don’t fit the way you expected and that’s why we offer the option to exchange your Hipstik product for another size, free of charge – the only cost to you is shipping the product back to us. Steps for exchanging a product:

  • Contact Customer Support to initiate an exchange:
    • Call 704-584-9371 or email
    • For an exchange to be honored, contact must be made within 15 days upon receipt of your order by mail
    • Select your new size with the help of our shapes size chart
  • You will be required to repackage and ship your exchange order back to us via the shipping method of your choosing. (We will not refund your return shipping cost.)
  • We can only accept exchanges if the product has not been worn (only tried on for size), altered or washed.
  • Once we receive the exchange product back, we will ship your new size immediately. And we hope you’ll let us know how they are!
