At this time, we do not offer product money-back refunds. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase and we will exchange your Hipstiks for another size if they are not fitting how you expected, or another color if it was not as expected. When you’re happy, we’re happy. We understand that sometimes things don’t fit the way you expected and that’s why we offer the option to exchange your Hipstik product for another size or color, free of charge – the only cost to you is shipping the product back to us. Easy steps for exchanging product:

  • Contact Customer Support to initiate an exchange:
    • Email with your order number 
    • For an exchange to be honored, contact with us must be made within 30 days of your order date
    • Select your new size with the help of our size chart
  • Repackage and ship your exchange order back to us via the shipping method of your choosing. (We will not refund your return shipping cost.)
  • We can only accept exchanges if the product has not been worn (only tried on for size), altered or washed.
  • Once we receive the exchange product back, we will ship your replacement as soon as possible. Please allow at least ten business days for us to process and reship your exchange. We hope you’ll let us know how they are!
