Shipping

Handling: We typically ship orders in poly mailers. Orders are shipped Monday – Friday excluding major holidays. Allow up to one business day after your order is placed for us to ship. Buyer will receive a tracking number sent to the email provided at checkout. Double check that the email address entered at checkout is correct to prevent undeliverable emails of your order confirmation and tracking. 

USA Shipping: We're proud to offer FREE standard shipping on US orders and a flat rate for 2-day expedited shipping. Please select your preference at checkout. 

Please note, for standard shipping we typically rely on non-guaranteed delivery date services. Packages usually arrive to their domestic destination within 3-7 business days after ordering, depending on destination. 

Due to carrier limitations, orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, and PO boxes cannot be delivered within 2 business days if 2-day expedited shipping is selected. If an order is received before noon CST, then an order will be considered on time if there is an attempted delivery within 2 business days. If an order is received after noon CST, the order will be fulfilled by the next day and delivered within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled.

Hipstik LLC does not provide a money-back guarantee if items fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date.

International Shipping: Available to select countries outside of the USA. Find out availability and shipping cost by entering your address at checkout for the option to populate. International orders typically arrive at their destination within 3-14 business days. International orders may be subject to additional fees at delivery; buyers are responsible for customs and duty fees, value added tax, and any other taxes upon arrival in the destination country.

Wrong Order or Address Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to check and confirm the order details (style, color, size, quantity, etc.) and reachable shipping address (including apartment, suite, unit, zip code, etc.) is entered correctly before completing purchase. Contact information autofill is now common on browsers; double check all information before confirming and placing your order. Also, double check the order and address details in your order confirmation email.

In the event of an error, please contact us immediately with your order number and the correction(s). We will do our best to intercept, however due to system updates and processes, we may not be able to change order details prior to the order being shipped. Hipstik LLC cannot be held responsible for wrong order or wrong address by buyer. To avoid this and delays, please take extra care to ensure the order and address entered is correct prior to confirming and completing your purchase.

Should we receive your order Returned To Sender, we will contact you via the email address buyer provided at checkout for the corrected shipping information to reship your order. A re-shipping fee may apply.

Delivered But Not Delivered: If tracking information shows that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order but you have not received your order, contact the relevant shipping provider with your tracking information in order for them to directly investigate the issue.  

Hipstik LLC cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address provided. 

Combatting Package Theft: If buyer's shipping address is not a secure location, we recommend the buyer ships to an address that is secure. Hipstik LLC cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Cancellation: Due to our packing and shipping process, we are unable to cancel an order in any circumstance once it is placed.
